The Residence is situated in a quiet position in the middle of the green, a few minutes walk away from the center of Lipari. It features a group of small villas built in the islands typical style. It has a cosy breakfast room and a Bar. The well furnished apartments, have a small garden and covered patio and can accommodate up to five persons.

The 18 apartments are nicely furnished and are composed of terrace - some with an own garden -, patio, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, satellite-tv, air conditioning, heating, telephone and safe.

Dinners are served at our Restaurants "Filippino" or "E Pulera" à la carte, laundry cleaning, transfer to and from the port, babysitting on request, Portinente beach at 500 m, all credit cards except for American Express OPEN ALL YEAR.
