The structure is located on the coast between Licata and Falconara, about 10 minutes by car from Licata. In the green Mediterranean vegetation, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Catania, two hours from Palermo, 30 minutes from the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento.
The hotel, in addition to rooms, has a group of private villas (bungalows), the restaurant, parking and direct access on the beach.
The structure is composed of a single body to three elevations (ground floor + 2 floors) opposite the sea at about 60 metres. ground floor there is a unique environment with Front Office, conciergerie, bars and living room (furniture 70s).
From this first environment accessed both the entertainment hall (250/300 pax about) that the restaurant-pizzeria , stairs and lift to access the 28 rooms distributed on 2 upper floors (14 seaview and 14 view campsite; almost all rooms overlook wide terraces that cover almost the entire perimeter of the property).

The elegant rooms, a total of 28, have been completely renovated and are all overlooking the sea, made with refined furniture and curtains. They are equipped with TV; are double rooms with the possibility to add third-bed, some even fourth (or cradle). Access to both plans is guaranteed by the stairs that by a lift.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Restaurant: the restaurant / pizzeria is pleasant appearance, with a capacity of about 80 people. The entertainment room has been entirely renovated, with air conditioning (new plant) and has a terrace in front.
Beach: the beach in front of the hotel is very wide and equipped with umbrellas and beds (about 250 square meters, the sides is free beach); there is a parking fee (200 cars)
Animation and activities: multipurpose field, ping-pong, disco, selling tobacco and newspapers inside the complex, playground for children and bathing establishment.
