Hotel Carmine stands in the heart of Marsala, in Piazza Carmine, one of the most symbolic squares of the city.
The square is characterized by two distinguished monuments: the Cappasanta- Grignani House and the Monastery. The former building completed in the XIV century is now the property of the Region of Sicily.
The Carmine Monastery, whose first group dates back to the XII century, began as a residence of the carmelite monks who arrived and established themselves in the city. In time, the Monastery grew larger, occupying near buildings, and blending diverse architectural styles in a unique manner. Today, the compound is the site of the Town Painting Exhibition.
Hotel Carmine awakens Marsala' ancient and intense atmosphere: moderne comforts and facilities are immersed in an historical context of unquestionable class.
The Hotel has 28 fully furnished rooms, with a spectacular view of the square and of the internal, private garden. It also offers a hospitable lounge with fireplace.
Hotel Carmine provides a small, multimedia convention centre with 50 seats, equipped with basic technological structures and amenities suitable for any kind of meeting or conference. Organizing snack, drinks, aperitifs, business breakfasts and anything else to meet your every business need.
