More than a simple cooking we could speak about Art, an art that is passed for centuries; it suffered the influence of the populations that lived the island. In Sicily, we can’t speak about just a tradition of cooking, every area, town or village holds an own identity which is characterized by different products. Vegetables, Spices, a combination of products of the sea with products of the mountain, cheeses, citrus, sweets….a wide variety for every type of palates.
