La Dimora di Giuseppe B&B is located in Fanusa which sits between the sandy beach resort of Arenella and natural reserve marine of PLEMMIRIO the main town of Siracusa.
The building has been newly renovated and has been decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. The style of the accommodation is modern/contemporary.

There are a total of 8 B&B rooms which are all located in the main villa and include a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with hydro-massage shower and offer air-conditioning, a television and a hairdryer.

An annexe building, which is located to the side of the main villa offers a lounge area furnished with leather sofas and a large flat screen, satellite television.
There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, sink unit, fridge/freezer microwave oven and toaster for guests to utilise. The gym has been fitted with modern equipment including a running machine, exercise bike and bench press with weights. Next to the gym there is also a sauna.
Outside area: The veranda area has been furnished with tables and chairs and this is where breakfast is served. The garden also offers a swimming pool with a patio furnished with sun-loungers and a second area which has been laid to lawn and offers a gazebo.
